What are the products made of?
Our products are hand sewn from 100% organic cotton, sourced from carefully selected producers to be kind to both the planet and the people who make them. All production happens within the EU, and our fabrics meet the strict standards of both GOTS and OEKO-TEX 100 certification.
Do you consider the environment when producing your products?
Kindness is at the heart of everything we do at Amica. It’s about but about making responsible choices at every stage. Our products are crafted from sustainable, organic materials like GOTS-certified cotton, ensuring they’re gentle on the environment. We also ensure fair working conditions at the facilities of our suppliers. When you choose Amica, you’re supporting a brand that’s kind to both the planet and the people who bring our colourful creations to life.
How do I care for my pouch?
To keep your pouch looking its best, we recommend avoiding the washing machine — our special printing technique might not like the spin! If it needs a clean, we recommend hand washing with cold water and natural soap (do not use washing detergents or bleach).
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on where you live. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours, as some products may need to be sewn first. Once you package is handed to the carrier the shipping time will be..
Sweden: up to 3 business days
International: up to 5 business days

Can I trace my order?
Absolutely! You'll always be able to track your package to ensure everything is running smoothly, from the moment it leaves us until it arrives at your door. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey every step of the way.
Can I return my order?
Yes! You can return your order within 30 days from the date on your order confirmation.
However, we charge a small return fee of SEK 39 for returns within Sweden, and EUR 7.99 for international orders. Why? Because we want to minimise unnecessary buying and returns, which would only add to the environmental impact — and that wouldn’t be very kind, would it? 🌱

What should I do if I receive a defective product?
